From The thrift Kitty

Hello my rasberry marmalades!
Quite a while since we did our last OutFit Post and here one's staright fresh from the thrift shops! Also the first time I debut my ombre curls on blog  *Grime happy face*

I would love to etch my hedonic perspective and the endless happy unicorns dancing around me with the utilitrian concept of thrift shopping but alas that would be an endless rant.So today's Outfit of the Day features our selfless love for thrift.Yes ladies an absolute budget post alert here .
I wore this to brunch and keeping up with the heat this seem to be right burst of colours to us.Go ahead judge your self!

Dress,Pumps,Belt and Hairband all picked up from thrift shop at Hill road.
Talk about eyeing the perfect match.A quick tip for you munchkins , we found that the biggest mistake a thrift-shopper can make is going with high expectations and a focused idea of what they want. Thrift stores are an eclectic collection of pieces from ‘yesterday’ and ‘yesteryear(s)’. If you have something specific in mind, you will likely be disappointed. To avoid frustration, go to a thrift-shop with an open mind and no expectations. It’s also very helpful to avoid second-hand shopping when you have deadlines and time restrictions. Leave your schedule open for the thrift-shop treasure hunt!
See you seen in our next post, till the Stay Chic

The Invisible Crown

The festive season is here and so is our biggest woe of all times.
What do we wear?
All that holiday snacking us has taken its toll !
Yes it shows through my favourite pieces. Well there nothing to fret while we adopt the laws of attraction in our pieces. We shall be showcasing 6 different styles each day this entire week or mostly every alternate day (Hopefully I'll keep up with the schedule). And you shall have enough outfit idea and pieces to pick up, this is not limited to my curvy ladies my leggy lasses can pick up their share of bits and pieces too. Dressing up is all about making it your OWN.
Enough of the gyaan, kaam ki baat yeh hain ki "The outfit ideas shall also help you the X'mas Giveaway that we have planned .We'll be asking you question from our post and you know where you can find the answers. So get on it connect with us on Facebook ,Twitter , and Pintrest.

Today we have paired an all time favourite Holiday piece our maxi dress and paired it up sans jewellery and elaborate hair. We chose this maxi dress because of it simple texture, colour that works for both day and night  (fyi that takes away from my size), the ruched bandeau emphasizes the attention to the bosom. Its a great cover-up as empire line hides all that tummy and thigh. Opt for a maxi this season if your problem areas are tummy and thighs and if you've great arms and a neckline. I chose a head accessory instead of any jewellery but you can chose anything from delicate earring to just a big statement necklace.
The makeup is a bronze smokey eye paired up with  fuschia pink lipgloss.
p.s.I'm not really a lipgloss person but for holidays I make an exception :P Notice how this smokey eye is without any hard liner well that gives us a chance to flaunt our lashes. Also it make your eyes look bigger.
We have an ample of head accessories to choose from but I was indecisive between two piece one being the chunky hair band I made ,you can make your own  or pair it with a slimmer headband with a bow that gives it a more of a romantic finish.

Can’t wait to post the next look already.Do let us know if you want the tutorial on makeup.
We really  hope you all keep up with us ,we need your love
(C’mon Look at all these balloons, basically were out of breath ) .Stay Chic!
