*Starry Eyes * La Splash Glitter Review and EOTD

Afternoon there my pretty ladies,

I have been meaning to do products review for a long time now. And Here's my first product review on The "LASplash Glitter Liquid eyeliner"In the shade Golden Sea.

LASplash Cosmetics, a division of  Jon Davler, Incorporated, was founded February 2001 in Los Angeles, California. Our core staff has more than 25 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, which subsequently emerged the company to become a premier vertical color cosmetic manufacturer in the United States

My take on LASplash Glitter Liquid Eyeliner:

To be honest I’m not great fans of glitter eyeliner. I got this in my June travel bag Edition in the shade(p.s. I even received my July vellvette box today, which again has a LASplash Glitter Masacara *mustering under my breathe*) Its a nice golden color.
My first impression about the liner was ohhh-kay this looks pretty in the bottle so I went ahead and swatched and well got the expected sparse glitter flowing around.
I thought it will be more like glitter with a blue base liner but actually it is actually a lot of glitter swimming  a clear base. Glitters are not dense. It stays wet, moist, and smears everywhere. It retails out at Rs795 and honestly I can think of '100 buys' at that budget than spending it on lame glitter liner.

Water, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Xanthan Gum, Diazolidinyl Urea, Propylene Glycol, Polysorbate 20, Triethanolamine, Tocopheryl Acetate, Simethicone, PEG 75 Lanolin, Phenyl Trimethicone, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Triethyl Citrate, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Quaternium-90 Bentonite, V/P Eicosene Copolymer, Shellac. May Contain: Mica, Iron Oxides (Yellow 77492, Red 77491, Black 77499, Brown 77499), Carmine 75470, Manganese Violet 77742, Ultramarine Blue 7700, Chromium Hydroxide Green 77289, Polyethylene Terephthalate.

Here's my EOTD using the liner in two ways :

I prep my eyes using my Kryolan Supracolour refill concealer in the shade  FS 42 and prepping it further with nyx's jumbo pencil in milk under my browbone. Also I 'm using a tape to reduce fallouts.

With the help of Nyx's long pencil in the shade i start from inner corner define my crease all the way to the outer corner of my eye.
Next I use a purple metallic cream eyeshadow in the shade from Streetwear. This would work like a base for my shadows to be built on and achieve a better colour pay-off.

I apply the deep prune-purple eyeshadow that I received in my  Motives palette.and cut my crease and defined the outer corners.

I used the loose eyeshadow from   Faces in the shade and pat on the extreme corners on my eye.Since the shadow is not baked it's best to pat the colour onto your lids with the help of a flat shader brush.Note that I haven't really blended out any colour as of yet

In the center-most I go ahead and use my bright blue from Inglot Freedom system round eyeshadow refill in the shade no.371 Matte.Since it's brighter than  the last eyeshadow it instantly add a pop to the eye.

I blend out the outer crease with the help of a small blending brush and use Inglot's Matte eyeshadow in the shade 353 Matte.

With a clean fluffy small blending brush I merge and blend away my colour on the lids so that there isnt any harsh line.

Now here comes our star  in the limelight ,I used glitter eyeliner on the center eyeliner of my lids,Patting it down gently with the same brush in order for the product to stick.

Next I did my eyebrows with the Nyx Auto Pencil in Dark Brown and winged out my liner with the Coloressence liner in black.

Next adding the Lakme eyekonic kohl to my waterline. Also on my lashline I used Colorbar's i-define pencil in the shade.

Remove the tape and to add a little edge I lined my inner corners with Oriflames Very me Liner in Peacock Green and gently blended it into LA Splash Glitter completing your eyes with generous coats of mascara.

Within a a few minutes of application and the genuine eye-fluttering action the glitter started clumping together creating a hot mess leaving sparse grounds on lid to see through.

I tried to wear it in the most common fashion in between the liner too.Below is the picture of the edgy liner.

My final verdict on the product would be that I'm definitely not buying it.
Gift me if you want and you will see them in the coming FOTD's but am so not using that coupon code on this product.Though it offers quite a range in shades and types of liner ,I would have really liked if they would (vellvette crew you listening?) have included the LASplash Magnetic paint pots or the eye-sealer in the Bag.
